Garage Door RepairConnect

Grow Your Business with Homeowner Requests

Garage Door Repair Connect connects homeowners who are actively looking for help with licensed local garage door companies. If you want more garage door repair jobs in the Phoenix metro, we'd like to talk.

Why work with Garage Door Repair Connect

Many garage door requests are urgent, like a broken spring or a door that won't open, so homeowners are looking for help right away.

  • Requests come from homeowners who filled out a form asking to be contacted about their project
  • Each request goes to no more than 5 companies that serve the homeowner's ZIP code and the service they need
  • You choose your service area and the types of jobs you want
  • Simple pricing that's agreed up front, with a clear policy for invalid requests (wrong numbers, out-of-area, duplicates)

How lead pricing works

You see the job before you pay, and you only pay for the requests you choose to buy. Your first lead is free. After that there's no contract, no deposit and no monthly fee: keep a card on file and you're charged only when you buy a lead.

  1. A homeowner submits a request

You get a text or app alert with the job type, city, ZIP code and the homeowner's description. Their name and phone number stay hidden until you buy.

  2. Tap Buy or Pass

Buying charges that lead's price to the card on your business profile and unlocks the homeowner's contact details right away. There's no deposit to make. Passing costs nothing.

  3. Up to 5 companies can buy each request

The homeowner asked to compare quotes, so a request is shared with no more than 5 companies. It stops selling after 5 buyers or 48 hours.

Each later buyer pays 10% less than the one before
BuyerPriceExample: $40 lead
1stFull price$40
2nd90%$36
3rd81%$32
4th73%$29
5th66%$26

Example only. Lead prices are set by job type and shown before you buy. The discount reflects that later buyers are competing with more companies.

We only send requests to companies that give us an active Arizona ROC license number and proof of liability insurance. We also expect partners to respond to homeowners quickly. Our reputation depends on homeowners having a good experience, so responsiveness matters as much as price.

  • Active Arizona ROC license for the work, with the license number shared with us
  • Proof of general liability insurance
  • We expect you to respond to new requests quickly, ideally within an hour during business hours
  • Honest, written quotes

How to get started

  1. Reach out

Email us at hello@garagedoorrepairconnect.com with your company name, ROC license number, service area and the types of jobs you want.

  2. Quick call

We'll confirm your coverage area, the volume you can handle and pricing.

  3. Start receiving requests

Requests are delivered by text and email as they come in, with everything you need to follow up.

Limited availability: each request is shared with no more than 5 companies, so we work with a limited number of companies in each area.

What each request includes

Every request comes with the details you need to follow up quickly and quote accurately, so your team isn't starting from zero.

  • The homeowner's first name, phone number and ZIP code (email when provided)
  • The type of work they selected and any details they typed in
  • The page they came from, which often tells you exactly what problem they're researching
  • Confirmation that they agreed to be contacted about their request

Fast follow-up matters. A homeowner who just asked for help is expecting a call, so a prompt, clear response is the best first impression you can make.

Frequently asked questions

Are the requests shared with other companies?

Yes. Each request may go to up to 5 participating companies that serve the homeowner's ZIP code and the job type, and fewer where fewer companies take part. Each company that receives a request pays a fee for it. Homeowners know up front that several companies may call, so many urgent jobs go to whoever responds clearly and quickly. Homeowners see the same process on our how it works page.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract is required. We agree on pricing and your service area up front, and you can pause or stop at any time with notice.

What if a request is bad?

We have a clear credit policy for invalid requests such as wrong phone numbers, duplicates, or homeowners outside your agreed area. We'll go over it before you start.
